Co-op Consultancy is a fully owned subsidiary of Co-op Bank of South Sudan working closely with cooperatives across the country to build their capacity in governance, business management, financial management, digitization, and access to finances.

Co-op Consultancy works collaboratively with development partners, donors, and NGOs to support the growth of the co-operative movement in South Sudan.
