Driver

The Co-operative Bank of South Sudan Limited, a leading commercial bank in South Sudan is currently seeking to recruit a qualified South Sudan National to fill a vacant position of a Driver.

Main Duties

• Accurately and efficiently picks up and delivers correspondence, cash, checks and other bank items. Always ensures own safety and safety of others while driving.
• Keep Auto Mileage Log/Auto Maintenance checklist.
• Ensure that motor vehicles are always maintained
• Follows daily schedule as established by supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance checklist on auto, i.e., check fluids, oil, lights, etc. or seek
  assistance from the mechanical service.
• Ensure you report to work on time strictly
• Ensure you undertake the assigned roles at the right time, picking branch management and other staff within the set timings.
• Notifies supervisor if delayed at a location.
• Fill out accident reports if necessary.
• Ensure daily check list is always updated
• Ensure motor vehicle movement log is always updated
• Ensure fuel card is always filled
• Performs additional duties as requested by Logistics Manager.

Qualifications

• A senior four/South Sudan school certificate/certificate of secondary education
• Diploma or Certificate in the field of Logistics is an added advantage.
• Previous bank working experience or relevant busy institution desired.
• The employee must possess a valid driver’s license,
• Have a good driving record and maintain a good driving record at all times
• Computer skills required include basic word processing and exposure to spreadsheet
  applications.
• Age 30 and below
